This course delves into the legal issues inherent in negotiating contracts in Texas. We examine critical questions such as: What is the difference between an offer and a contract? When does an offer become a contract? How do we handle email and text negotiations? When may an offer be withdrawn? How do we handle multiple offers? What can a license holder do in filling out the forms? What can a license holder NOT do in filling out the forms. How do we explain the contract to clients and customers without practicing law? Answers to these questions and more will be provided.
