The objective of this course is to make real estate agents aware of the dangers inherent in the daily practice of real estate and how to protect themselves. Agents will recognize the hazards to their personal safety and the safety of their customers and clients and be able to counter those hazards. Topics such as general personal safety, situational awareness, non-violent conflict resolution, and good safety habits will be dealt with in detail.
